Welcome to the first South Brunswick Reads blog discussion of The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, presented by the South Brunswick Township School District and the South Brunswick Public Library., in partnership with many community and school organizations. We hope this will be the first of many to come.

Another first for me--much as I hate to admit it, I'd never read The Wonderful Wizard of Oz. Am I the only one who hadn't opened the covers of this title? I've seen the movie, after all....isn't that enough?

What about you? Had you read this book before or is this a first for you, too? Maybe you have some fond memories of this book, or of seeing the film for the first time. Let's share our first impressions as we begin.
